Who can buy

Our equipment is sold for professional use only. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified professional or an authorised business, and that you hold any licences or permits required to own and operate this equipment in your jurisdiction.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is received in full (or a agreed deposit is paid, where we accept one in writing).
• We accept the payment methods listed on the site. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout.
• Clearance and promotional prices are limited-quantity offers, honoured on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.

Condition of equipment

Unless stated otherwise, equipment is pre-owned and sold in the condition described on its product listing, including any photographs, hour counts, and included accessories. We describe items honestly and inspect them before sale. Where an item is sold "as-is", this is stated clearly on the listing.

Shipping and delivery

• We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the equipment on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours.

Returns and refunds

Compliance and use

You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful operation, maintenance, and calibration of the equipment after delivery, and for compliance with all applicable local regulations. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DACHMAK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the equipment. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
